As the saying goes ‘the best things come in small packages’ – well that is certainly the case with Penwood Rose. Dale and Louise started the business in 2013 with a specific goal of keeping it both specialized and small. As such, the company does not have employees. The people that work with Penwood Rose are either owners of the business or self-employed and engaging with the business in a Partner capacity. This ensures a higher level of maturity, professionalism, commitment, focus and energy.

We are trying to break the stereo-types that are associated with much of the recruitment industry and with honesty, a sense of humour, an appreciation of urgency, consistent communication, and a genuine enjoyment for the job we believe we are achieving that.
